Dichroic "squid ink" fabric inspired by 500+ million years of evolution.
The squids' skin is one of the most complex and unique biological materials on this planet. While most creatures with color-changing ability do it to hide, squids do it to attract. Which is where the inspiration for Flexliving's reflective release came from.
Our rainbow reflective fabric is stealthy, until you don't want it to be. The fabric is a mellow gray/black, and then when the light hits it just right, it comes to life and looks like it's from another dimension.

I got this jacket for my brother as a gift, and he is so in love with it. The medium was a perfect fit (he's about 5'8" , 160 lbs?? Athletic ) . He wears it all the time, especially for commuting by bike, and walking the dog--who has a matching reflective bandana from another site-- in their rural neighborhood that doesn't have many street lights. The material is beautiful and sturdy, the mesh lining keeps it from getting clammy in the rare precipitation where we live. He says chest pocket is small, but other than that it is great!
People comment on my jacket all the time! They love it! It’s so fun!! And it keeps me dry and warm too! I am loving it!!

Nice thickness. Doesn’t feel like it’s going to easily rip.
The jacket arrived and was instantly thicker and heavier than expected. The materials seem to be good quality and it has a inner mesh liner. I took it on a night boat ride, it started raining and the jacket did its job! I really liked the colors and reflexion. The jacket fits me well and is about the same as my other men's M jackets. Though the zipper is on the women's side of the jacket. Takes some getting use to.
