HOW DO I EARN FLEX POINTS?
First, log in to your flexliving.net account. Next, open your Flexliving Rewards launcher by clicking or tapping "Rewards" in the main menu. Explore the launcher to check your current Flex Points balance, and find all the ways to earn more! To learn more, please scroll up to the top of the page.
HOW DO I SPEND FLEX POINTS?
Within your Flexliving Rewards launcher, you'll find a list of ways to spend your Flex Points. Choose how you'd like to spend your points from the launcher, or redeem them right on the checkout screen. You can also see all the ways to spend your Flex Points by scrolling up to the top of the page.
CAN I USE AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT CODE AFTER REDEEMING MY POINTS FOR CREDIT?
Unfortunately, no. You can only use one code to be redeemed on your cart. You can save your points for another purchase, though. Just keep in mind that points will expire after 365 days!
HOW DO I GET $10?
You can earn $10 by referring sending your referral link to a friend. And once they make a purchase, you will be rewarded a $10 OFF coupon.
DO POINTS EXPIRE?
They do and will expire after 365 days of non-use. Flex Points are non-transferable.
I DIDN'T MEAN TO REDEEM MY POINTS. CAN I GET THEM BACK?
Provided that your code has not been used, you can get your points back. Please send us a message at hello@flexliving.net and provide the email address associated with your account, including the code you received so we can help you accordingly.
