I am a woman. A mama of three lil male rascals. And I love yoga, nature, fitness, healthy living and healthy foods!

What is your creative inspiration?:

My inner guide. Being authentic and true to me is my inspiration!

If you could only wear one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?:

Soft stretchy things!!!

What got you started on your path in fitness?:

Dance. I started when I was about 4 and have loved being active ever since.

What is your biggest goal as a health/fitness enthusiast?:

I want everyone to feel happy and healthy like I do! I want everyone to feel their best selves and I believe you can through healthy living!

If you can share one tip for someone who also wants to start their own fitness journey, what would it be?:

it’s ok to switch it up. Explore all things fitness. You might love something you’ve never tried! Keeps it interesting and fun!

Do you want to mention anything else?:

I feel that while we are here, on earth, we may as well be our strongest and healthiest mentally and emotionally! I feel more mental clarity and connected with myself and others when I treat my body with love and respect!
