Interview with TONY TUITUPOU

Please introduce yourself in 2-5 sentences:

I’m a father of four, early morning lifter and ice cream lover. Training in the mornings get me physically, mentally and emotionally ready for the day! Dulce de leche ice cream is my spirit animal.

What is your creative inspiration?:

My creative inspiration is my body. The human body is amazing and will form and morph into what you visualize. You have to apply the correct principles to make it happen but it is very possible. For example... if I want bigger arms I know I have to work on building up my biceps and triceps with targeted exercises, eat right, take the appropriate supplements (eg protein, creation, glutamine... etc) and rest. If I apply these principles consistently then I know that over time they will grow.

If you could only wear one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?:

Nike workout clothes with a pair of converse all-stars.

What got you started on your path in fitness?:

I’ve always played sports growing up. Mostly basketball and tennis. However, it got to the point where I was always injured. The older I got worse it got. I needed a different physical outlet so I turned my attention to building my body.

What is your biggest goal as a health/fitness enthusiast?:

My biggest goal is to realistically achieve the health and body I want, while loving myself and enjoying the journey, and at the same time help others catch the vision of what is possible.

If you can share one tip for someone who also wants to start their own fitness journey, what would it be?:

Be you! We are all unique and individuals! Through your fitness journey you will compare yourself to others or want to look like someone else. This is fine, but remember you won’t look like anyone else, you will look like you... so be the best you! It’s always you vs you.

Do you want to mention anything else?:

Be consistent. Have a routine and stick to it. Always win the day!💪🏽

Where can we follow you?:
