We offer free standard shipping for all orders $125 and higher. Orders below $125 are charged $4.95 (flat shipping rate) for domestic and $14.95 (flat shipping rate) for international.
When available, expedited shipping can be selected during checkout + will be included in final purchase cost. International shipping does not include duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
We strive to ship all orders placed before 12:00PM (MST) within 2 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected, unless the item on pre-order. We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address prior to placing your order. Keep in mind that we're not liable for incorrectly entered addresses. If you want to change your shipping address, kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If your order process has begun, or your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to make any adjustments to your order. Expect a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking info, once your order has been shipped.
To initiate a return or exchange, head to our Returns Center. Please make sure to use the return label we provided to send back your item. At this time, we don't accept any third-party return labels.
We accept returns or exchanges on any products as long as they're in absolutely new and unused condition within 30 days of shipment. All returns are charged a flat $10 shipping fee upon refund (this does not apply to exchanges or store credit).
Living abroad? At this time, we're unable to provide shipping labels for international returns. Any shipping costs, duties or taxes collected upon delivery are nonrefundable.
Items that look used or worn or are missing components like tags, among others, will not be accepted. This is totally up to our discretion. You will be notified by our support team if your return is not accepted. Your returned item will also be returned back to you. We are not responsible for any personal item(s) left in products when sent back to us.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or any quality issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Just email our support team at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order no./place of purchase + photo (showing the defect or quality issue).

How do I return?

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
