Returns Policy

Returns & exchanges are free within the US. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn. Prepaid return shipping labels will be provided (domestic orders only) after your return request has been authorized.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for returns or exchanges
  • We also provide prepaid return shipping labels (domestic orders only).

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address at our Returns Center
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.


Fulfillment Status

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation mentioning that your flexliving shipment is on the way.

For information regarding the shipping status of your order, tracking can be found linked in your shipping confirmation email.

Modifying an order

If you have ordered the wrong size, color, or product we are able to modify your order as long as the package has not already been fulfilled. We will not be able to modify your order to a product that is not in stock. You will be responsible to cover the difference of price on products that you are exchanging.

On the other hand, we will send a refund for anything changed that is less expensive than what you originally paid for.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued online via email.

Within the email, you will be given the option to ‘view your gift card’ or ‘shop our store’. When viewing your gift card, copy the code and apply it at check out on the right hand side of the screen where it says ‘gift card or discount code’

Lost Packages

The only information we have regarding tracking is what the courier provides. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we have little to no control over your package. It is the Courier's responsibility to deliver it to you in the expected time frame. If you are not seeing your package, you will need to file a lost package claim with USPS (or other courier). When will my order ship?

We are working hard to pack & ship your order. Estimated shipping times begin when your item(s) have left our fulfillment center. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

All domestic (US) orders are shipped FREE when you order $125+!
We also ship internationally for an additional cost. Some international shipments might also have an import fee. Unfortunately, Flexliving does not cover any import taxes or fees.


How do I apply to be a Flexliving Ambassador?

Team Login

  • Our platform for the Ambassador team runs on Goaffpro. This is where ambassadors will login to view their affiliate dashboard.
  • If you are unable to log into your ambassador portal, you may reset your password at the login screen located here.
  • Goaffpro (our affiliate platform) and the Flexliving website are two separate logins. If you haven't previously created an account on our website, it is helpful to do so. Please use the same email you used to create your Goaffpro account.

Free Product

We typically do not send free products to ambassadors. We do, however, give our ambassadors a lifetime 25% off discount, 15% off of their friends, family, and followers, and pay them a 10% commission on all sales coming through their efforts. In addition to paid commissions, we reward our reps with a free product of their choice for every 5 uses of their affiliate code.

Custom Discount Code and Referral Link

When registering as an affiliate, you will have the option to choose your own unique discount code to share with followers. You will also be given a unique referral link that you can add to your bio, etc. 

Your personal promo code and referral link can also be found by logging into the ambassador portal.

Trouble with the 25% Team Discount

The 25% off Ambassador team discount should work for all Flexliving branded products. There are some products, however, that are excluded from this discount such as gift cards and print-on-demand products (most of what's in the "graphics" collection). If we decide on stocking inventory of current print-on-demand products, then those will be branded with Flexliving tags and become part of the ambassador team discount.

If you are an ambassador and have completed a purchase without using the discount code and are seeking a refund, feel free to contact customer support at and we will process a refund for you after we confirm your ambassador registration & order.

Am I a Registered Ambassador?

The requirements for becoming a Registered Flexliving Ambassador are listed on your Acceptance Email. You are required to complete two steps.

  1. Register in our affiliate portal -
  2. Own a piece of Flexliving apparel 

The reason that we ask for you to own a Flexliving item (at a discount) is to keep the referal system as authentic as possible. We want you to be able to authentically represent Flexliving when your friends, family, and followers ask questions about the apparel, sizing, and brand in general. In order to make this purchase (and future orders) more affordable for you - we provide a 25% off lifetime discount to all approved ambassadors.

Both steps must be completed in order to become a registered ambassador.


How to Apply a Discount to my Online Order

After reviewing your cart and moving to the checkout area, there should be an option to enter a promo code. On a mobile device it's right before your process the payment for your order.

If you have specific questions about certain products you have your eye on that are out of stock please email customer support at to check for availability. We regularly restock - but some products are limited edition and will not be carried again.
